How It Works
- Sign in with Google and approve profile, email, and Gmail send permissions.
- Compose your subject and message in plain text and optional HTML.
- Add recipients using tags, comma-separated input, or CSV paste.
- Attach files in-memory using drag and drop.
- MailBlast sends each message through your Gmail account and reports outcomes.
Pros
- Uses your own Gmail identity and reputation.
- No app password needed.
- Simple interface, fast onboarding.
- Fine-grained success/failure visibility.
Cons
- Bound by Gmail API and sender account limits.
- OAuth access token can expire and require re-login.
- No campaign analytics in this version.
- No built-in template management yet.
Honest Limitations
- Not a replacement for dedicated ESP infrastructure for very high-volume sending.
- No inbox read access: MailBlast cannot track replies directly.
- Delivery still depends on your sender quality and recipient domain filtering.
