Send at scale from your own inbox

MailBlast

A focused bulk sender powered by your Google account. No shared SMTP, no stored Gmail password, and every email goes out from your identity.

Core Features

Google OAuth Login

One-click auth. Access is scoped and revocable in your Google account.

Per-Recipient Sends

Each recipient gets an individual message. No CC/BCC exposure.

Attachment Support

Drag-and-drop files of any type. Sent as MIME attachments through Gmail API.

Plain + HTML Body

Ship simple text or richer HTML while preserving compatibility.

Session Protected App

Only logged-in users can access compose and send APIs.

Transparent Results

Get sent/failed counts with recipient-level diagnostics.

How It Works

  1. Sign in with Google and approve profile, email, and Gmail send permissions.
  2. Compose your subject and message in plain text and optional HTML.
  3. Add recipients using tags, comma-separated input, or CSV paste.
  4. Attach files in-memory using drag and drop.
  5. MailBlast sends each message through your Gmail account and reports outcomes.

Pros

  • Uses your own Gmail identity and reputation.
  • No app password needed.
  • Simple interface, fast onboarding.
  • Fine-grained success/failure visibility.

Cons

  • Bound by Gmail API and sender account limits.
  • OAuth access token can expire and require re-login.
  • No campaign analytics in this version.
  • No built-in template management yet.

Honest Limitations

  • Not a replacement for dedicated ESP infrastructure for very high-volume sending.
  • No inbox read access: MailBlast cannot track replies directly.
  • Delivery still depends on your sender quality and recipient domain filtering.
