Last updated: March 19, 2026

These are the terms for using MailBlast. They're simple and straightforward — please read them before using the platform.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account and using MailBlast, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. What We Store

We only store your name, email address, profile photo, and a numeric count of emails sent — nothing else. We do not store your email content, recipient addresses, or any sensitive information. All session data is held in memory only and is permanently deleted when you log out.

3. Your Responsibilities

  • Only send emails to people who have given you permission to do so.
  • Do not use MailBlast for spam, phishing, or any illegal activity.
  • Keep your account credentials secure and do not share them with others.
  • You are fully responsible for the emails you send through the platform.

4. What MailBlast Does

MailBlast connects to your Google account to send emails on your behalf. We only facilitate the sending — we never read, store, or access the content of your emails or your contact lists.

5. No Warranty

MailBlast is provided as-is. We are not responsible for email delivery failures, Google account restrictions, or any issues caused by third-party services.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms, particularly for spam or abusive use of the platform.

7. Changes to These Terms

If we update these terms, this page will reflect the change before it takes effect. Continued use of MailBlast after an update means you accept the revised terms.
