Last updated: March 19, 2026

Welcome to MailBlast. We built this platform with privacy as a core principle. This Privacy Policy describes exactly what data we collect, what we do not collect, and how your information is handled. We believe in full transparency — there are no surprises here.

1. What We Store Permanently

We store only the bare minimum required to maintain your account:

  • Name — displayed on your profile.
  • Email Address — used as your login identifier.
  • Profile Photo — to personalize your account.
  • Email Send Count — a simple numeric counter (e.g. 100, 220) used solely to track and enforce your plan's sending limits. No content, no recipients — just the number.

That's it. Nothing else is ever written to permanent storage.

2. What We Store Temporarily (Session Only)

All other operational data — such as your active session and authentication state — is held only in server memory (RAM) for the duration of your login session. This data is never written to any disk or database. The moment you log out or your session expires, this data is gone permanently with no backup, no trace, and no way to recover it.

3. What We Do NOT Access or Store

We want to be completely transparent about what MailBlast never sees or stores:

  • We do not store the content of any email you send.
  • We do not log or store the recipient email addresses you send to.
  • We do not read, scan, or analyze your emails in any way.
  • We do not store subject lines, attachments, or any part of your messages.
  • We do not build behavioral profiles based on your sending activity.
  • We do not sell, share, or disclose any user data to third parties or advertisers.

4. How We Use Your Data

  • Your name, email, and photo are used exclusively to display your profile inside the app.
  • Your email send count is used only to enforce the usage limits of your current plan.
  • No data is used for advertising, remarketing, or any purpose beyond what is described here.

5. Data Security

Because we store so little, your exposure is minimal by design. Your password is stored in a securely hashed format and is never readable by anyone, including us. All communication between your browser and our servers is encrypted via HTTPS. Session data lives only in memory and is permanently erased on logout.

6. Cookies

We use a single session cookie solely to keep you logged in during your visit. This cookie contains no personal information and is invalidated immediately when you log out. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or any third-party advertising cookies.

7. Children's Privacy

MailBlast is not intended for individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. If we become aware of such a case, the account will be removed promptly.

8. Your Rights

You have full control over the limited data we store. You can:

  • Request to view the information stored on your account (name, email, photo, send count).
  • Request correction of any inaccurate information.
  • Request permanent deletion of your account and all associated data.

To make any such request, contact us at the address below.

9. Changes to This Policy

If we ever change how we handle data, this page will be updated before any new behavior takes effect. The "Last updated" date at the top will always reflect the most recent revision.
